The Scenerio:  Kentucky Derby!

It's 1930 at the Kentucky Derby and tensions are high. Rival families face off at this final race to determine who will take home the crown and usher in a new era of horse racing. It's all anyone can talk about...until the murder! Don your hats, place your bets and make sure your Juleps are strong, we've got a mystery to solve.

We arrive a bit early to participate in a hat decorating workshop so everyone has a hat to wear to the derby themed mystery!

Traditional Meal (standard for all unless otherwise requested)

• Appetizer- Pimento Cheese Ball w/ crackers

• Salad – Old Kentucky Bibb Salad w/ Biscuits and Honey Butter

• Dinner – Hot Brown Stuffed Turkey* w/ Polenta Fries (Description – Ham, Tomato, Cheese Stuffed Turkey topped with Bacon and Mornay Sauce)

• Dessert – Pecan Pie w/ Bourbon Chocolate Sauce

 

Alternative Meal (GF, Dairy Free, Vegan & Vegetarian)

• Appetizer- Vegan Pimento Cheese Ball w/ gluten free crackers

• Salad – Old Kentucky Bibb Salad 

• Dinner – Twin Jack Fruit “Crabless” Cakes w/ Polenta fries (Description – These Vegan Cakes are delicate, flaky, and full of flavors of the sea: Nori and Old Bay add all the right notes, while Jackfruit creates the perfect crabless cake texture.) 

• Dessert – Chocolate Hazelnut Vegan Cake

 

*We understand that we have groups of differing beliefs – some that include a pork-free diet. We are able to make a pork-free version of the Hot Brown entrée on request.
